Programming a micro-headset connection
Your set is designed for use with a micro-headset. Once the micro-headset is connected,
you have to program its connection.
Consult your system operator. He will adjust your micro-headset setting to your
specific needs.
Selecting a headset mode:
1 - Press the
Menu
Fox key.
2 - Select
Settings
and confirm.
3 - Select
Audio
and confirm.
4 - Select
Headset
(current value)
and confirm.
The list of usable modes is displayed. The current mode is
preceded by a tick
.
•
Deactivated
: this mode is used to deactivate the headset
without disconnecting it physically.
•
Normal mode
: this mode is used to change from headset mode
to handset mode.
• The call going on in headset mode is interrupted when the
handset is lifted.
Caution
: the call is cut when the handset is on-hooked.
•
ContactCenter mode
: this mode is used to maintain the call in
headset mode if the handset is lifted. Only listening is possible
on the handset. The call is not cut if the handset is on-hooked.
5 - Select the desired mode and confirm.
Terminal idle; the headset symbol
appears if:
•
Normal Mode
or
ContactCenter
mode
is selected,
• The headset is connected (the icon disappears if the headset is disconnected). On some
headset models, the headset must be removed from the base for the symbol to appear
(the symbol disappears if the headset is put back on the base).
