5.19.6 XVP Full Upgrade option (XVP-3901-UG-xx2XVP):
This option can be used to upgrade an XVP-3901-UC, -FS, -DC, or -XC model to a full XVP-3901.

The option name varies depending on which model you have –
xx
in the upgrade option name is the current
model designation. For example, the option to upgrade an XVP-3901-XC to a full XVP-3901 will appear as
XVP-3901-UG-XC2XVP
•
The tab for this option does not appear in this panel if the card is a full XVP-3901 (as shown in the figures
above).
5.20 Alarm Config panel
This panel allows the alarm reporting of the XVP-3901 to be configured. The panel opens in a new window when the
button is clicked, and can be resized if needed.
The panel is organized in columns.
Status/Name
This contains an expandable tree listing all the
alarms reported by this XVP-3901 card.
•
Each alarm name includes an icon that shows
its current status:
Green – no alarm flagged
Red – alarm is flagged
Gray – error not applicable in this case
Black – Disabled
•
Some alarms may be text-only and the alarm
status is shown in the name and not by a
status icon, e.g.:

Overall alarm
and
GSM
contribution
columns contain pulldown lists that
allow the level of contribution of each individual
alarm to the alarm named in the column heading to
be set.
Click on the alarm icon to
see the available levels;
then click on one to select it

Card LED
This column allows configuration of the contribution of selected individual alarms to the status LED located on the
front card edge. The Card LED status is shown at the bottom of the alarm tree in the Status/Name column.
