● The surface of material for machining has rusted.
● The material is moist.
Solution
:
●
Adjust the focus;
● Adjust the beam or the nozzle, ensure both of them are concentric.
● Accessorial gas: metal- oxygen, nonmetal- the air; And adjust the air
pressure.
● Clean the rust on the material’s surface.
● Dry the material or slower the cutting speed.
5.5.5 The input or output of the machine is unusual.
Check to make sure whether the connections of control cable is credible
and damaged.
Solution:
Check the control cable between the computer and the machine.
Cancel the screen savers when the machine is working.
Only perform the cutting program when the machine is working.
Do not share in the files if the computer is on the local area network
5.5.6 Laser does not start
The laser unit has been damaged or the control system have some
problems.
Solution:
Check to make sure wether the two voltage meters on the Operating panel
is nomal.
Check to make sure wether the water chiller system have alarm.
Check all the connect correlative with laser.
