4.4 Operating Steps
4.4.1 Introduce
Purge compress air or bottle mixed gas as accessorial gas is necessary for
cutting. The range of its pressure is 0.02 to 0.4MPa according to the material
for cutting. The workpiece should be smooth.
4.4.2 Preparation before cutting
Adjust the accessorial air pressure
Connect with the air source, click the “Air” button on the operating
panel, adjust the pressure reducing valve and make the air pressure is
suitable for cutting. Click the “Air” button again after finished the
adjustment.
Edit the cutting procedure
You can draw up the plan by AutoCAD or other drawing software and
must save as DXF file format.
4.4.3. Power On
a. Start the computer.
b. Start the water chiller system.
c. Start the air pump (accessorial air source).
d. Start the exhaust fan (centrifugal)
e. When the circulatory cooling water meet the normal working
temperature, switch on the main power supply of the machine.
f. Turn the key of the start button on the operating panel and the whole
system has been enabled. Loosen the emergency button on the operating
panel.
g. Enter the software of DONGGUAN MINTECH Technology Co., Ltd.
4.4.4 Perform the program
