The cooling water in the chiller of laser must be instead of new water
periodically (not more than one week). Clean the water tank. If the color
of the core in filter changed, you should exchange it. Step: shut off the
chiller, take down the export cover, take out the old core, put in the new
one, then screw down the cup. Finally start the water cooler, let air out
of the water.
If the machine wouldn’t be working for long time or it would be moved,
you should let the water out which is in the laser and water cooler.
5.3 Optics inspection and cleaning
Optic lens is exact and expensive. During adjusting and
maintaining the light route, strictly prohibit to touch
the surface of the lens by hand, strictly prohibit to blow
to the surface and wipe it directly.
Open the cover of the light route periodically, Check to make sure
whether the surface of optic lens is clean. If there are dust on it, please
blow to it by using tool. Check the plane reflector once a week. Check
the lens every day.
If the surface of optic lens is very dirty, you should clean it, detailed
means is shown on Figure 5-1.
Hold not working surface of the optic lens lightly. Firstly, let the lens
lean slightly and lay a lens paper on the surface which need to clean.
Secondly drop some acet. or absolute alcohol on the paper. Finally, pull
the wettish paper lightly. You should be more carefully because the
surface of the lens have been covered with a film.
