When Faxing Is Not Performed Correctly
Faxes Cannot Be Sent
Symptom

The document cannot be
scanned.
The document is too thick.
Position the document on
the Original Glass to send it.

the Original Glass to send it.

Wipe the glass with a soft,

Plates for the size of the

positioned correctly.
Position the document

Adjust the scanning
