Calibrate the system for standard Load:
9.
Load the system with standard weight. Enter loaded
weight in parameter
input 1
OuH.1.
10.
Next go to the operation window and note the
measured value under meas.value correction input.1.
11.
Enter the noted value in parameter
input.1
InH.1
12.
Thus
InH.1 = Measured value under loaded weight
OuH.1 = Loaded weight
13.
If necessary, adjust the filter time and bandwidth in
parameter
input1.
14.
Save adjustments.
15.
Save data to device.
Note:
The
measured value
under meas.value correction input.1 gives
percentage of voltage obtained in the measure signal port (M+ and M-).
Adjusting the dead load:
The dead load can be easily adjusted without doing the
entire procedure
1.
Note the old dead load value in
parameter
input 1
InL.1 as A = InL.1.
2.
Note the modified dead load measured value under
meas.value correction input 1 in the operation
window.
3.
Find the difference in the dead load measure values.
4.
D = previous – current
where D = dead load difference
Previous
old/previous dead load’s measured value
Current
current dead load’s measured value
5.
Enter the noted measured value in parameter
input.1
InL.1.
6.
Correspondingly enter InH.1 = InH.1 old value + D
Where D
dead load’s measure value difference.
7.
Save data.
8.
Save /store the data to device.
Note:
If minor deviation occurs between the displayed value and weight placed on the scale then correct it using
meas.Value correction input.
If device is not flashing then load the data from device, modify it, then save the data to device.
