If an image failure occurs

In case an image failure occurs, follow the measures described below.

If the measures fail restore the device to the normal state, contact your local MIMAKI distributor.

White lines/thin spots obvious or dark stripes occur

What is “beading”?

For the adjacent dots come to get together, irregular

spaces or the concentration differences occur. These

phenomena result in inferior in the image quality.

Splotch the outside of the effective plotting area

Adjust the head height.

In case the garment is fuzzy or wrinkled, press the [CYCLE

START] key, and heighten the head a few millimeters.
