Maintenance of the machine
Maintenance setup functions
The following describes the overview of and settings for each function.
Name function
List Plotting the set condition of the machine.
Data Dump
Printing data commands received from the computer, in HEX code.
Print Adjust Adjust the dot position according to the head height, high/low.
Station
Clean the inside of the station and replace the wiper.
(Wiper Exchng, Carriage Out)
Ink Filling
This is not normally used.
Perform it when nozzle clogging is still not solved.
In addition, when Nozzle cleaning or Storage Wash is performed, this may cause
color mixture.
Perform it when ejecting mixed color ink.
Ink Change Changed ink different from the one currently in use.
Information
Display the firmware versions of this machines and an interface.
Routine Ctrl To set Routine Flushing or Routine Cleaning on/off and interval.
Head To Use
When making plotting, using only headline which set this function.
