Lay the cable cutter on the cable, with its cutting
edge at right angle, up to the inner cutting end.

 

Cut clean material to extend the blade life. Wipe
dirt and debris from material and blades before
beginning the cut.

MAINTENANCE

Remove the battery pack before starting any work on 
the appliance.
Never open the cable cutter, removable battery or 
charger.
Check the cable cutter for any problems such as noise 
or jamming of moving parts that could be affecting the 
tool.
Check the cutting tools for cracks and other signs of 
wear.

On completion of the work, clean and grease the 
cutting tools.

Check that the cutting edges are sharp and replace 
worn cutting jaws.

Changing the blades

Replace the blades when they become chipped or 
damaged. Always replace blades as a set. Use only 
MILWAUKEE blades.

1. Push the trigger to close the blades slightly. The

retaining rings must be exposed.

2. Remove the battery pack and pull the slide switch

in position lock. 

3.  Change the blades.
