Add to each cell 5.0 ml

close with the screw cap
Select method 3 2 1 .
Insert the cell containing
the sample into the cell
compartment. Press

Reaction time:

Press Enter to start
the countdown.
Shake both cells vigor-
ously for 1 minute to
dissolve the solid sub-
stance.
Add to one cell very
slowly 1.5 ml of the
sample with pipette,
close with the screw
cap, and mix briefly.
Caution, cell becomes
very hot !
Add to the second cell
very slowly 1.5 ml of
distilled water with pi-
pette, close with the
screw cap, and mix
briefly.
Caution, cell becomes
