K. Leveling The Welding Table

Use two people to rotate
welding table.
Rotate the welding table to its
upright position as shown.

Dust Tray Rail Or Tool Chest
Bracket Bolts
Tighten tool chest mounting bolts at
this time, if applicable.
Adjust leveling feet until the welding
table is stable and the top is level.
Do not tighten jam nuts on feet at
this time.
Tools Needed:

X-pattern top and tool chest.
L. Installing Dust Tray And Tube Caps

Dust Tray
Install dust tray into rail slides as
follows:
Tilt rear of tray down and lift front of
tray up.
Place flange on rear of tray behind
angle iron support.
Lower front of tray until
approximately level.
Slide tray into position.

Small Tube Cap
Push in a small tube cap by hand at
the top of each end subframe tube.
