Carrying out a
programme test
Newly created or modified reprocessing programmes can be checked
with the
Programme test
. The programme can only be enabled with
the
Programme test
parameter if a reprocessing programme has run
through the
Checked
without any faults (see programming handbook,
“Programme administration”).
The
Programme test
can be used to check the cleaning performance.
During the programme test, the programme sequence stops after
each programme phase and the door on the infeed side can be
opened so that a sample can be taken.
When you open the door between 2 programme blocks, please be
aware of the following sources of danger:
– Risk of burning and scalding after high-temperature programme
blocks
– Risk of contact with corrosive substances after programme
blocks that dispense process chemicals
– Risk of inhaling toxic vapours after programme blocks that use
disinfectants
Steam that escapes from the machine after high-temperature
phases can trigger a false alarm in smoke detectors.

After the reprocessing programme has started, an additional
button
is displayed next to the programme block. The
button has two func-
tions:
– Continue the reprocessing programme without opening the door
– Skip the next programme block
