Filling the dis-
pensing system
The
Fill dispensing system
function is used to prime the relevant dis-
pensing system. The function must be carried out after a container for
process chemicals is filled or replaced with a full container.
Press the
Fill dispensing system
button.
Press the button for the required dispensing system, e.g.
DOS 1
.
The individual steps are shown on the display during the process.
Once the process has finished, a message will appear on the display:
Dispensing system DOS 1 filled.
or
Dispensing system DOS 1 not filled. Repeat Fill dispensing system.
.
Press
OK
to confirm the message.
If the process of filling a dispensing system is not repeated suc-
cessfully, contact the Customer Service Department.
Dispensing sys-
tem setup
The
Set up dispensing system
is used to finetune the dispensing sys-
tem. It must be performed if:
– The connected process chemical has been changed (different vis-
cosity)
– A new dispenser pump has been installed
– The dispensing system needs to be checked, e.g. in the event of
qualification, requalification or a periodic check
Call in the Customer Service Department if a Set up dispensing
system needs to be carried out.
Calibrating the
conductivity
meter
When particularly high demands are placed on the cleaning and final
rinse result, e.g. in chemical analysis, the conductivity meter can be
finetuned with the
Adjust conductivity meter
function.
Call in the Miele Customer Service Department if the conductivity
module needs to be calibrated.
