Place the starter boards
(No’s. 11, 15, 19 & 21) on to
assembled base frame along the
longest sides.
To put the final starter
board (No. 3) in the correct place
you need to lift the end of the
board to the left (No. 15) and
ensure they slot into each other.
*Ensure the notches at either
end of each board are flush
and level with the ends of the
frame.
Fix each of the starter boards to
the frame by screwing through
the notch into the frame with
1x70mm screw as shown in the
illustration.

Parts needed - No. 6 QTY 1
Make the assembly level by
adding another board (No. 6)
as shown in the diagram.
Fix using 1x70mm screw.
**Ensure to stagger the
screws so as not to collide
with the previous screw.

Following the same method
outlined in
Pre-Assembly
, lay
the first 6 boards (No’s. 4, 5, 12,
15, 20 & 21) onto the starter
boards to create your first level.
Please note the right hand side
of the door will be slightly
higher. This will even out when
the rest has been assembled.
*Ensure that the boards are
level and flush with each
other as you lay each one.
IMPORTANT: Pre-drill before fixing screws.
