Remove the cover from the POSITIVE terminal
of the donor battery.

First connect a red POSITIVE terminal clamp

to the POSITIVE terminal of the donor battery.

the red protective cap on jump-start connec-
tion

back with a clockwise turn.

pedal travel or block a depressed pedal.
This jeopardizes the operating and road safety
of the vehicle.

Stow all objects in the vehicle securely
so that they cannot get into the driver's
footwell.

Ensure oor mats and carpets cannot
slip and provide su cient room for the
pedals.
#
Do not lay multiple oor mats or carpets
on top of one another.
#
Switch o all electrical consumers.
