VIN at the lower edge of the windscreen

VIN (vehicle identification number) as label
The VIN as a label at the lower edge of the wind‐
screen is only available in some countries.
Motor number
The motor number of the electric motor on the
front axle is on the engine cover. The motor
number of the electric motor on the rear axle is
on the underbody panelling and also on the rear-
end centre-section trim. Further information can
be obtained at a qualified specialist workshop.

Only use products approved by Mercedes-Benz.
Damage caused by the use of products that have
not been approved is not covered by the
Mercedes-Benz warranty or goodwill gestures.
You can identify operating fluids approved by
Mercedes-Benz by the following inscriptions on
the container:

MB-Freigabe (e.g. MB-Freigabe 229.51)
R
MB-Approval (e.g. MB-Approval 229.51)
