ted to the driving and cornering dynamics of the
vehicle.

The Act. Workout backrest and Act. Workout
cushion programmes require your active cooper‐
ation. Tensing and releasing also helps to
improve blood flow to your muscles. Press
against a pressure point as soon as you feel it.
