To check/replace fuses
The individual electrical circuits are pro-
tected by safety fuses or a circuit breaker.
If an electrical circuit failure occurs,
switch off electrical consumers and
check the fuses.
Pull fuse out of its module with the
safety fuse extractor provided, and in-
sert it into the test socket.
If the LED lights up, the fuse is in work-
ing order.
If the LED does not come on, the fuse
has blown or is defective.
If necessary, replace the fuse.
Insert the fuse.
Replacement fuses /fuse extractor
Replacement fuses and fuse extractor are
located in module B in the electrical com-
partment, see fuse assignment

page 526).

A faulty fuse can also be identified by
the burnt out fuse wire.
