SAFETY BARRIER 

 

This fireplace has been certified for use with the Safety Barriers listed below. The Safety Barrier is 
designed to reduce the risk of injury caused by touching the glass front of the fireplace. The Safety 
Barrier must be installed before operating the fireplace. Never operate the fireplace with a damaged 
or removed Safety Barrier. If the Safety Barrier is damaged contact your Mendota dealer to get a re-
placement. Educate others on the dangers of touching the fireplace. Never let children close to the 
fireplace.
