Introduction

Thank you for choosing the EVENCARE ProView Blood Glucose Monitoring System to
help monitor your patients’ blood glucose levels. The EVENCARE ProView Blood Glucose
Monitoring System is designed to be accurate and easy to use. This user manual contains
all the information needed to use and maintain the EVENCARE ProView Blood Glucose
Monitoring System. Please read this User Manual carefully before you start the test and do
a quality control test. Confirm the measuring unit on the display is correct with ever test
result.

If you need assistance, please call Medline’s Technical Service Center at 1-866-274-2131
Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (Central Time). If you have questions
or need assistance outside the operational days and times, please contact your health care
provider.
