Use life and environmental protection
The expected useful life of the bed is approximately 10 years under suitable conditions
of use. To ensure an environmentally responsible disposal after dismantling, contact
your authorized waste manager.
In Medisa we know the need to protect the environment and preserve it for future
generations; that's why we pay special attention to innovation and development, and
we try to use technologies and materials that respect the environment.
The MAJESTIC II bed does not contain or is composed of dangerous substances such as
cadmium, mercury, and asbestos, PCB or CFC. In addition, the noise produced by the bed
complies with the requirements of the Public Health protection regulations against the
undesirable effects of noise and vibration in the internal protected areas of buildings.
All the resulting residual packaging once the bed has been put into operation, are
marked according to the Packaging Law. Order this waste according to the graphic
symbols established and deliver it to the authorized person for further management.
The product contains steel, plastic and recyclable electronic components. At the
moment the bed is written off, in order to optimize the recycling, separate each
element different from the rest; this way, the raw materials with which the product has
been manufactured can be reused.
The bed contains lead accumulators, metal components and plastics
manufactured in PA, PUR and PET. We recommend that you contact a
specialized company to destroy the bed when its useful life has ended
(in particular, the accumulators must be destroyed by a specialized
organization.) The rest of the components can be disposed of in an
appropriate manner for the material from which in question)
