III.
Functional checking of brakes
Check that all brakes Works correctly in all their positions (steering, brake and unbrake)

Motors functional check
Actuate each motor from their beginning to the final way. Pay special attention to
unusual noises, check speed, easy movement, etc. and check that the selected function
goes in the appropriate direction. Specially, be sure that the motor stops once it
achieves the final position. If any of the motors do not work properly, contact with the
manufacturer.
Actuators can only be replaced by authorized and trained technicians

Power supply connection cable
Check:
The main connection cable including the cable guides.
That the main connection cable is not excessively tight or twisted.
The mains connection plug.
That the cable hooks are not damaged.
VI.
Cable
Check:
The cable guides and that the connectors are correctly placed and do not present any
damage.
Check that the cables are not damaged.
VII.
Component boxes
Check:
That no box has visible damage.
That all screws are firmly tightened and the sealed areas show no visible damage.

Mechanical check
Check
The correct function of the telescopic regulator of the foot plane by manually moving
said section to each of its individual positions.
Manually check the function of the bed extension.
VII. Measurements in accordance with DIN EN 62353
Recurrent tests and tests after repair of electrometrical equipment, the bed must be
checked electrically in accordance with DIN EN 62353. The leakage current must be
measured by alternative measurements. The maximum value measured must be less
than or equal to 500 Å.
