The StartDelta is the number of degrees above the chilled water setpoint the water
temperature must rise for a compressor to start when no compressors are running. The
default is 10 degrees. F., the range is 0 to 10 degrees. F. Settings below 10 degrees will
have the undesirable effect of increasing compressor cycling.
The StopDelta is the number of degrees below the chilled water setpoint the water
temperature must fall for the last compressor to stop.
The StageDelta is the number of degrees change in the chilled water to initiate a change in
staging.
