Transmission Fluid Related Processes
Prior to draining or filling the transmission fluid, the car must be secured on a lift with the diffuser
removed.
Transmission Fluid Drain
NOTE: Renew the transmission fluid drain plug washer.

Remove the transmission fluid drain plug (item 1)

Use a suitable container to catch the excess fluid
2.
Let the transmission fluid drain completely
a.
Allow approximately 2 minutes for the fluid to drain
3.
Renew the transmission drain plug washer and install the drain plug (item 1), torque to 50 NM
