Talon 2000 Interface

 

DataLogger Fusion

 

Enables access to the following two options. 

 

Start DataLogger Fusion

 

Start a new fusion using the DataLogger Fusion to 
record the fusion joint. 

 

Return to Last Step 

Return to the last step of the fusion procedure.

 

Heater Power

 

Red light indicates the heater is powered on.

 

Hydraulic Temperature Warning

 

Indicates that the hydraulic fluid temperature exceeds the normal 
operating range.

 

Hydraulic Fluid Level Warning

 

Indicates that the hydraulic fluid level is low.

 

Hydraulic Filter Pressure Warning

 

Indicates that the hydraulic filter needs to be serviced.

 

Fuel Warning

 

Indicates ¼ tank remaining and should be filled before the next 
fusion joint.

 

Heater Temperature Warning

 

Indicates that the heater temperature exceeds the normal 
operating range.

 

Insulation Resistance Warning

 

Indicates low insulation resistance in the AC system.

 

Alarm

 

Indicates a module or sensor error.

 

Date and Time 

Displays the date and time. Touching this area will open the HMI 
settings page. This page has buttons for changing the date and 
time, units, user log on and log off.

 

DataLogger Vault

 

To utilize the DataLogger® Vault™ during the fusion operation, 
touch the green box to open the login window. 

 

DataLogger Vault Login

 

Use login credential for an existing DataLogger Vault 
account. Use the Switch User button to change to a 
different user. New users, go to vault.mcelroy.com to 
create an account.
