SHX Fan

The fan of the SHX measuring head is used to generate the necessary gas flow to the measuring
head, when no other stable gas flow is available. The fan can be removed and replaced with an output
connector (Swagelok SS-6M0-1-2RS) for direct connection of gas tubing to other instruments.
