RECOMMENDATIONS
You can use the «Multimode» program for dough
proofing.
Dough proofing is a stage of dough making which
takes place right before baking. During the proof-

ing stage the dough ferments intensively, restores
its  structure  and  grows  in  size  significantly.  One
of  the  main  conditions  of  successful  proofing
process is absence of draughts and maintenance
of constant temperature (about +40°С), which is
provided in the «Multimode» program.

Dough recipe:
400 g flour
350 ml milk (can be mixed with water)
Salt
Sugar
1,5 teaspoon of yeast powder
1,5 tablespoon of butter

•

Mix all dry ingredients, then add milk. Knead
thoroughly and put it into the bowl (4).

•

Select  the  «Multimode»  by  consequent
pressing  of  the  «MENU»  button  (23).  Set
the temperature from +40°C to +45°C for the
«Multimode»  program  (see  chapter  «t°»  but-
ton (27)»).

•

Set the operation time for 1 hour (see chap-
ter «Using of the multicooker»).

•

Press the «START» button (24).

Note: For the best result, do not open the multi
cooker lid (5) till the program is finished.

as  well  as  the  drip  container  (9)  with  warm
water  and  a  neutral  detergent,  then  rinse
them under running water and dry.

Dry  the  steam  valve  (13)  thoroughly  before
installing it back to its place.
