Notes:

The hours setting step is 1 hour.
–
The minutes setting step is 5 minutes.
•
To launch the program, press the «START»
button (24), the «START» button indicator will
be constantly glowing.
•
When cooking is finished, you’ll hear a sound
signal, the unit will be automatically switched
to the keep warm mode, the display (3) will
show the keep warm mode operation time in
hours, the indicator of the «Keep warm» but-
ton (21) will light up.
•
To switch the keep warm mode off, press the
«Keep warm /CANCEL» button (21), the but-
ton (21) indicator will go out.
Note:
–
To switch the unit from the standby mode
to the keep warm mode, press the «Keep
warm/CANCEL» button (21).
•
After you finish cooking, unplug the unit and
remove the power cord connector from the
socket (10).
Note:
–
Despite the unit keeps the ready dish warm
for 24 hours, it is not recommended to leave
the cooked products in the bowl (4) for a long
time, because this may spoil the products.
–
Do not use the keep warm mode to heat up
cold products.
Attention!
–
Never leave the operating unit unat-
tended.
–
To avoid burns, be very careful when
opening the lid (5), do not bend over the
steam release opening (7) during multi-
cooker operation and do not place open
parts of your body above the bowl (4)!
–
When opening the lid (5), pay attention to
the condensate level in the container (9),
if the container (9) is full, remove it and
pour water from it.
–
Watch the food during cooking, if neces-
sary, stir the products with the plastic
spatula (17) or soup ladle (15). Do not use
metal objects that can scratch the non-
stick coating of the bowl (4).
RECOMMENDATIONS
You can use the «Multimode» program for dough
proofing.
Dough proofing is a stage of dough making which
takes place right before baking. During the proof-
ing stage the dough ferments intensively, restores
its structure and grows in size significantly. One
of the main conditions of successful proofing
process is absence of draughts and maintenance
of constant temperature (about +40°С), which is
provided in the «Multimode» program.
Dough recipe:
400 g flour
350 ml milk (can be mixed with water)
Salt
Sugar
1,5 teaspoon of yeast powder
1,5 tablespoon of butter
•
Mix all dry ingredients, then add milk. Knead
thoroughly and put it into the bowl (4).
•
Select the «Multimode» by consequent
pressing of the «MENU» button (23). Set
the temperature from +40°C to +45°C for the
«Multimode» program (see chapter «t°» but-
ton (27)»).
•
Set the operation time for 1 hour (see chap-
ter «Using of the multicooker»).
•
Press the «START» button (24).
Note: For the best result, do not open the multi
cooker lid (5) till the program is finished.
CLEANING AND CARE
•
Unplug the unit and let it cool down.
•
Clean the body (1), silicone gasket (14) and
lid (5) with a slightly damp cloth, and then
wipe dry.
•
Wash all removable parts and accessories,
as well as the drip container (9) with warm
water and a neutral detergent, then rinse
them under running water and dry.
•
Dry the steam valve (13) thoroughly before
installing it back to its place.
•
Do not place the bowl (4) in the dishwashing
machine.
•
Wipe the surface of the heating element (only
when it is cold), never let water get inside the
unit body.
•
Do not immerse the unit, the power cord and
power plug into water or other liquids. Do not
use abrasive and aggressive detergents for
washing the unit and accessories.
STORAGE
•
Unplug the unit and clean it.
•
Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach
of children and disabled persons.
