THERMOPOT MW-1754 W
Electric thermos kettle (thermopot) is intended
for boiling water only. For proper and safe use of
the unit read these instructions carefully.

Attention!
For additional protection it is reasonable to install
a residual current device (RCD) with nominal
operation current not exceeding 30 mA. To install
RCD, contact a specialist.
SAFETY MEASURES
Before using the thermopot, read this instruction
manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
Use the unit for intended purposes only, as speci-
fied in this manual. Mishandling the unit can lead
to its breakage and cause harm to the user or
damage to his/her property.
To avoid risk of electric shock, observe the
following safety recommendations.
•
Make sure that operating voltage of the unit
corresponds to the voltage of your mains.
•
The power cord is equipped with a “euro
plug”; plug it into the socket with reliable
grounding contact.
•
To avoid risk of electric shock, do not use
adapters for connecting the unit to the mains.
•
Do not use the unit in bathrooms. Do not use
it near swimming pools or other containers
filled with water.
•
Do not use the thermopot near heat sources
or open flame.
•
Place the thermopot on a flat stable surface;
do not place the unit on the edge of the table.
•
Do not place the unit near walls or furniture,
the distance between the unit and any other
surface should be at least 30 cm.
•
Do not use the unit outdoors.
•
Do not connect or disconnect the power cord
with wet hands, this may cause electric shock
or injuries.
•
Make sure that the power cord does not hang
from the edge of a table, or touch hot sur-
faces.
•
When unplugging the unit, pull the plug but
not the cord.
•
Do not switch the unit on without water.
•
Use the thermopot only for water boiling.
It is prohibited to heat or boil other liquids in it.
•
Ensure that the water level is not below the
minimal mark and not above the maximal mark.
•
Do not refill the thermopot during boiling or
right after it.
•
Do not fill the thermopot with water direct-
ly from the faucet, use a suitable cookware
instead.
•
Do not drop or tilt the unit.
•
Do not leave the operating unit unattended.
•
Do not open the lid and do not pour water
during boiling.
•
Do not rotate the unit during water dispensing.
•
Close the lid properly, but without excessive
effort.
•
Keep your hands away and do not bend over
the steam release openings, it may cause
scalding. Do not block the steam release
openings with any objects.
•
Do not lift the unit by the carrying handle dur-
ing water boiling, as it may cause scalding by
outgoing steam. Do not open the lid during
and right after water boiling.
•
Do not touch hot surfaces of the thermopot.
•
Be careful while carrying the unit filled with
boiling water.
•
Do not carry the thermopot holding it by the
lid opening button.
•
Before pouring out the remaining water, let
the unit cool down, then remove the thermo-
pot lid and pour out the water.
