Enabling passive mode for the FTP tool
To connect with the Orion 410SR through the FTP protocol, you can use the preferred FTP
tool. Because there is only one fixed public IP is available, make sure the
FTP tool with pas-
sive port option is enabled.

The default setting of Use Passive FTP is disabled. Check to enable this option.
