OPERATING INSTRUCTION
PREPARATION FOR THE STARTING
(1) The place to set the compressor should be clean, dry and ven ated
(2) Keep the use voltage /- 5% of the rated
(3) Keep the oil level in the red circle leveler
(4)Recommend compressor oil use SAE30 or L-DAB 100 over 10
℃ ,
and use SAE 10 or L-DAB 68 below 10
℃
(5) Open the outlet valve, set the knob of pressure switch on (Fig.2), let the compressor run 10 minutes
with no load to ensure lubrica
oving parts before regular service
OPERATING AND ADJUSTMENT
(1)The compressor is controlled by pressure switch when normal working. It can be stopped automa cally
as pressure increasing to the maximum and restart when pressure decreasing to the minimum. The rated
pressure has been adjusted when produced. Don’t change it carelessly. As soon as motor switched o
ff the
compressed air in the discharge pipe should be released through the release valve under the switch. This is
the necessary c
for restart, or the motor will be damaged. The rated pressure can be adjusted by
turning the adjus
switch (Fig.2).
(2)The output pressure of compressed air can be adjusted by regula
valve (Fig.2)
(3)When the compressor in running need to be stopped, only set the knob of pressure swit
ff
CAUTIONS
(1)Put the cover o
ff fi
rst and put on the brea
th pipe and the air fil
ter before the before the compressor run
(Fig.3)
(2)Never unscrew any c
tank is in pressure c
(3)Never disassemble any electrical part before disc
(4)Never adjust the safety valve carelessly
(5)Never use the compressor in place where voltage is too low or too high
(6)Never use electrical wire mor
table 1
(7)Never disconnect the plug to stop compressor, set the swit
ff in
stead
(8)If the release valve doesn’t work as motor st
opped, find the
cause immediately so as not to damage
motor
(9)Lubrica
st be clean, oil level should be kept in the red circle of the leveler
(10)Disconnect the plug to cut o
ff p
ower supply and open the outlet valve
MAINTENANCE
(1)Clean crankcase and renew lubrica
a
er the fi
rst 10 working hours
(2)Clean the oil level a er every 20 working hours, and replenish if necessary (Fig.4)
(3)Open drain cock under the tank to exhaust condensate a er every 60 working hours
(4)Clean crankcase and rene
w the oil, clean air fil
ter and safety valve and pressure gauge.
CLEANING AND MAINTANCE
Before any work on the machine itself, pull the mains plug. For safe and proper working, always keep the
machine and ven a
extreme working c
c
ve dust can accumulate in
the interior of the machine when working with metal. The prot
ve insula
can be
degraded. The use of a sta
ry extr
system is recommended in such cases as well as frequently
blowing out the ven a
stalling a residual current device (RCD). Please store and handle
the accessory(-ies) carefully. If the machine should fail despite the care taken in manufacturing and tes
procedures, repair should be carried out by an a er-sales service centre for Maxpro power tools.
ENVIRONMENT
Do not dispose of electric tools, accessories and packaging together with household waste material -
in observance of European Dir
ve 2002/96/EC on waste of electric and electronic equipment and its
implementa
cordance with na
aw, electric tools that have reached the end of their life must
be collected separately and returned to an environmentally compa
recycling facility.
