7.19 RollER tRacK REplacEMENt

1)  Follow Steps 1-8 from Section 7.17 to remove the pedal arm. 

2)  Remove the 8 screws holding down the covering plate and remove it (Figure A).  

3)  Remove the 12 screws holding down the roller track and remove it (Figure B).  

4)  Reverse Steps 1-3 to install a new roller track.  

5)  Test the elliptical trainer for function as outlined in Section 7.21.
