blocage bague (17).

Introduire la pointe d’un petit tournevis dans la
fente du rebord supérieur de la bague de glisse-
ment (18) et l’enlever doucement. Sortir ensuite la
bague de l’intérieur du fourreau et effectuer les
remplacements nécessaires.
RECOMPOSITION
AVERTISSEMENT: avant le remontage,
tous les composants métalliques doivent
être soigneusement lavés avec du solvant inflam-
mable, de préférence biodégradable, et séchés à
l’air comprimé.

Veiller à ce qu’il n’y ait pas de bavures ni corps
étrangers entre la bague et le fourreau et installer
la bague de glissement (18) dans le fourreau, en
la faisant adhérer aux parois.

Introduire la rondelle (17) de blocage bague dans
le fourreau et l’amener au contact de la bague de
glissement.

Ziehen Sie den Buchsenfeststellring (17) aus dem
Inneren des Gleitrohrs heraus.

Führen Sie die Spitze eines kleinen Schrauben-
ziehers in den Schlitz am oberen Rand der Füh-
rungsbuchse (18) ein und heben Sie diesen dann
vorsichtig an. Dann die Buchse aus dem Inneren
des Gleitrohrs herausziehen, dann die erforderli-
chen Austauscharbeiten vornehmen.
WIEDERZUSAMMENBAU
HINWEIS: Vor einem Wiederzusammen-
bau müssen alle Metallkomponenten or-
dentlich mit einem entflammbaren und vorzugs-
weise umweltfreundlichen Lösungsmittel gesäu-
bert, dann mit Druckluft getrocknet werden.

Überprüfen, ob auch keine Rillen oder Fremdkör-
per zwischen der Buchse und dem Gleitrohr zu
erkennen sind, dann die Führungsbuchse (18) in
das Gleitrohr einbauen; sie muß dabei an den
Wänden zur Anlage kommen.

Den Buchsenfeststellring (17) in das Gleitrohr
einlegen und an der Führungsbuchse auf Kontakt
bringen.

Remove the upper washer (17) from the slider.

Fit the bit of a small screwdriver into the upper
edge slot of the pilot bushing (18) and lift gently.
Pull the bushing out of the slider and make all
necessary changes.
REASSEMBLY
CAUTION: before reassembling, all metal
parts should be washed carefully with in-
flammable and biodegradable solvent and dried
with compressed air.

Check that no dirt or debris is between slider and
bushing. Insert the pilot bushing (18) into place so
that it adheres to the slider.

Fit the upper washer (17) into the slider so that it
touches the pilot bushing.

Sfilate dall’interno del fodero la rondella (17) fer-
ma boccola.

Introducete la punta di un piccolo cacciavite nella
fessura del bordo superiore della boccola di guida
(18) e sollevatelo delicatamente. Sfilate poi la
boccola dall’interno del fodero ed eseguite le
sostituzioni necessarie.
RICOMPOSIZIONE
AVVERTENZA: tutti i componenti metallici,
prima del rimontaggio, vanno lavati accura-
tamente con solvente infiammabile e preferibil-
mente biodegradabile ed asciugati con aria com-
pressa.

Verificate che non visiano bave e corpi estranei tra
boccola e fodero ed installate la boccola di guida
(18) nel fodero facendola aderire alle pareti.

boccola e portatela a contatto con la boccola di
guida.
