When the location of marking data is changed :

Changed the location of marked data
Check the coordinate of X and Y. ( Unit of
coordinate is 0.1mm. Refer to Pg.12 F3 EDIT )
Check the tension of timing belt and PULLY
which are connected with X and Y axis stepping
motor. (Refer to Pg.82 )
Check the condition of customer parts which is
fixed up tightly.
Check the condition of marking pin whether it is
installed tightly or not.
Check the marking speed on the controller.
Refer to F5 mode(In case of PH pin : 2000 , In
case of LP pin: 1000)
When the Shape of letter is broken or marking pin doesn`t move:

When the letter is marked badly shaken
Check the tightness of timing belt and pully
which are connected with X and Y axis stepping
motor. ( Refer to Pg.82)
Check the parameter of stepping motor on F5
SETUP. (Refer to Pg.40 )
Check the condition of work-piece during the
marking. If the work-piece is moving during the
marking , marking result will be bad.
Check the connection of marking pin holder with
marking head.
Check the inside of marking pin holder whether
there is foreign substances or not
Marking pin doesn`t move to any direction
Check the connection of main cable.
Check the wiring of the steeping motor in the
marking head.
Check the tension of timing belt and pully in the
marking.
Check the condition of stepping motor and driver
in the controller.
When the first of letter is marked dim or isn`t
marked
Check the inside of marking pin holder whether
there is foreign substances or not.
Adjust the value of SOL.DN DLY[00002]upper a
little by a little.
