Jump on hands/knees

Knee jump
• begin with a low, controlled straight
jump
• land on your knees while keeping
your back straight and using your
arms to keep your balance
• jump back into the basic position,
while swinging your arms upwards
Seated landing
• land on the jumping mat in a sitting
position
• hold your hands by the hips
• using your hands, bring yourself back
into an upright position
Training plan
Before you try more difficult jumps, you should master the basic ones. On that
ground follow this training plan. Study carefully all safety instructions. Supervising
persons and users as well should inform themselves in detail not only on valid direc-
tives for use of trampolines but also on physical limits of users.
