The cables must be secured by 4 galvanized steel clamps for Ø 6 rope, placed as shown in the figures
above (i.e., 2 on each side).
WARNING!
An incorrect fixing of clamps, the lack of one or more clamps as well as a different fixing process from
the described one can compromise the tarpaulin stability on the tipper body, causing its separation with
danger and damages to persons and objects.

•
After having fixed the steel cable cut the excess lenght off but leaving about 100-150 mm usable for any necessary
adjustments.
Note:
Prior to cutting the cable wrap the cut surface with insulating tape to prevent a possible fraying.
Clamping the pulling bow
At this point it is necessary to fasten the bow also on the opposite side by means of the clamps supplied, to allow pulling the
covering.
•
Make sure that the last bow
(1)
(the one near the rear part of the body) is straight (parallel with respect to the front
panel).
•
Measure the length
(L)
from the beginning of the body to the bow on which the clamps
(2)
have already been fixed.
•
Bring the opposite side to the same measurement and fix with two clamps as shown in the figure.
•
Fasten the steel-wire rope to the foot of the pulling bow as described above.
