RCL early warning
If about 90% of the maximum permissible load
is exceeded, an RCL early warning will be
issued.
– An intermittent buzzer tone will sound.
After five seconds, you can switch off the
buzzer tone using button (
3 ) or ( 4 ).
– The lamp ( 2 ) lights up.
– The display ( 1 ) is in the yellow range.

If the current crane continues to move in the same direction, there will be an
RCL shutdown.

There are different types of RCL shutdowns
– shutdown due to overload,
– Shutdown due to an error;

overload If approx. 100% of the maximum permissible load is exceeded, shutdown
will occur due to overload.
