CLEANING THE PUMP
Note
When cleaning, make sure that no liquids enter the inside of the housing.
Flushing the pump
When transferring aggressive media, flush the pump under atmospheric conditions some minutes with
air (or, if necessary, for safety reasons, with an inert gas) prior to switch-off to increase the service life
of the diaphragm.
Cleaning the pump
Only use solvents for cleaning if the head materials cannot be attacked (check the resistance of
the material!).
If compressed air is available, blow out the components.
