The necessary maintenance procedures are described in the following
paragraph. Carrying out regular and periodical maintenance very much
extends the life of the machine.
The
M5-Eco
plaster sprayer does not require complex maintenance.
Carrying out the normal cleaning operations described in the present
manual daily is enough for a use of the machine without problems.
Attention!
The machine must be turned off, disconnecting the power by
removing the plug from the socket, before any intervention
(cleaning, maintenance, repair).
Cleaning the filter applied to the water connection
The filter must be cleaned regularly and
replaced if damaged.
In the case of particularly dirty
water we recommend cleaning
the filter even several times a day.
Damage to the machine!
Damage can occur because of particles of dirt if the filter is not
used. Inobservance forfeits any possible guarantee.
Cleaning the filter applied to the pressure reducer
An additional filter has been installed around the pressure reducer for
protection.
This filter must be cleaned
regularly on the basis of the dirt
present in the water but at least
once a week.
To do this the cap must be unscrewed with a suitable tool to be able to
clean the filter.
After having cleaned the filter, screw the cap up again.
Pump and cell disc motor
The pump and cell disc motor must undergo a maintenance cycle every
300 hours of use
unless problems (strange noises) arise before that
deadline.
