7. Take off the coverall from your shoulders and pull your hands in a way to get the sleeve inside out (Fig. 20).
8. Take down the coverall to your feet - the coverall has to stay inside out.
9. Get off your shoes.
10. Pack the coverall, take off your gloves and dispose it in a proper way.
11. Again, choose the proper type of decontamination process (contamination may occur during removal
of the suit).
12. Disconnect and take off the mask.
13. Take off the belt with PAPR unit and turn it off.
Protective suit is designed for single use only / do not use repeatedly.
Dispose of the product in accordance with local waste disposal regulations of this type.
5. Maintenance (cleaning and replacement of spare parts)
This protection mask should be periodically checked and maintained by trained specialists. All service
records must be archived. Always use only original spare parts. The manufacturer recommends the
following maintenance intervals. These intervals can be shorter then stated below due to high frequency of
use. Observe national laws and regulations!

Whenever the mask is cleaned and sanitized or whenever spare parts exchange has been performed, the
functionality and air-tightness tests must take place but only after these procedures. Check for cracks,
leaks or distortions in the mask. Valve membranes must freely move and the valve seats must be clean and
undamaged.
Cleaning and disinfection
1. Wash the mask with lukewarm water and mild detergent. (in case of heavy dirt) use a sponge or a soft
brush for the cleaning. Thoroughly wash the mask under running water.
2. Perform disinfection using disinfecting agents diluted in water (max. 30 °C)
3. Observe the instructions stated in the disinfec-ting agent instructions for use.
4. Thoroughly wash the mask under running water.
Do not use dishwashers or dryers.
Do not use acetone or other cleaning solvents.
Headband replacement
1. Pull the two pawls of the headband from the upper section of the buckle.
2. To release the buckle turn it on its pin by 90° clockwise and counter-clockwise. (Fig. 4).
3. Slide off the buckle to remove the head piece.
4. Replace the pin.
5. Install a new headband. (Fig. 5).
6. Storage and disposal
Keep the mask at a suitable clean, dry and shady place in a temperature range from -10 °C to +55 °C. Do not
pile or stack the masks. Shelf life of the CleanAIR® Ultimate GX protective suit, CleanAIR® Ultimate GX mask
and all their declared accessories, and all the compatible CleanAIR® filters is 10 years.
Dispose in accordance with local waste disposal regulation of this type.
