Limitation of liability MAHLE International GmbH accepts no liability for
Personal injury, property damage and other damage resulting from non-ob-
servance of these original operating instructions. MAHLE International GmbH
accepts no liability for improper use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or
other actions.
Warranty MAHLE International GmbH complies with the warranty within the scope of the
statutory provisions. This is two years from the date of purchase. Any claims
can only be asserted upon proof of the date of purchase. The warranty is limited
to seats which have been used as intended and which are returned in a clean
condition. The warranty does not apply in the event of natural wear and tear
and damage caused by excessive use due to unsuitable or improper use and
modifications.
Returns The air-conditioned gaming chair cannot be returned in its original packaging
when assembled or partially assembled. You must either disassemble it and
return it in its original packaging or in an assembled state by a forwarding agent
as bulky goods.
About this document These original operating instructions must be made available to all persons who
use the air-conditioned gaming chair. They must have read and understood
them. In addition to assembly, the operation, maintenance and, if necessary,
disposal of the air-conditioned gaming chair are also covered by the operating
instructions.
