4.3 Error Codes
It gives an error message when the mains voltage is wrong or thermal. If you do not want the welding performance to be affected during installation,
the parameters such as wire diameter, torch, consumables used in the torch, wire type, wire diameter and gas type should be considered.
ERR-T1
Thermal Error
• Let the machine on for a while in order to
cool down itself with the cooling fan. After is
cools enough, you can go on welding.
• Check the torch trigger. Any issue alert you
can continue to source not found.
• Check the mains voltage whether it is within
the range of 340V-420V or not. If the error
still exists, contact the authorized service.
• Machine is overheated because of high
ambient temperature of exceeding duty cycle.
• Mains voltage is too low.
• When the device is powered torch trigger is
pressed I could have stayed.
• Error/Errors may exist in any electronic card.
• Switch off and switch on. If the error still
exists, check the mains voltage whether it
is within the range of 340V-420V or not. If
the error still exists, contact the authorized
service.
