Flash settings

The camera off ers diff erent fl ash settings to best adapt the camera to any light situation.  
The respective setting is always shown on the display. 

The following fl ash modes are available: 

 ] 

Auto. Flash

: The camera activates the fl ash automatically in case of insuffi

  cient

   light.

 ] 

Red-Eye Reduction: 

Eyes of persons and animals taken by fl ashlight can turn out 

 

 

red.  This setting reduces the red-eye eff ect by means of a pre-fl ash.

 ] 

Forced On: 

The fl ash is activated for every photo.

 ] 

Slow Sync: 

The fl ash is synchronised with a longer shutter speed to brigh-

 

 

ten up the background. 

 

 

The use of a tripod is recommended for this mode.

 ] 

Forced off : 

The fl ash has been deactivated.

To set the desired Flash mode, proceed as follows:
1.  In Photo mode press button [
