5.7. Battery saving function
When the battery is almost empty and ready to be replaced, the battery icon will flash and
Battery Save Mode will be in operation. Use quality alkaline batteries.
Battery saving mode operation:
The remote will only receive the confirmation signals for button
operations. The other buttons will still be in function, but they will not
receive confirmation signals back from the vehicle.
5.8. Door open indicating function (optional)
When disarmed, the hazard lights will flash to indicate that the door is opened. (Programming
menu 1-08).
RESTORE OF REMOTE VIEW
If for various reasons do not receiving information about the remote start on the remote
control, press
and remote restore showing information on display (driver must be within
reach of the alarm!).
6. Valet mode (without remote)
You can set the alarm system into valet mode even without the remote control (in case of a
lost or damaged remote). Into the valet mode, if the alarm is activated, is possible enter only
with security code. If the alarm is disabled by remote for enter to the valet mode, the security
code is not used.
Using the security code significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized entry into valet
mode, it is therefore absolutely necessary to be changed after the installation of alarm!
6.1. Entering valet mode with security code
Setting of security code is described on the page 59. The default code is 1111.
Open the door with a key.
Alarm will be triggered, lights flashing.
Keep pressed START button for 6 seconds.
Lights stops flashing, LED on the RPS will flashing.
Press the RPS as many times as your first number. The interval between the pushes
must not be longer than 1.5 s.
RPS LED will confirm selected number by number of flashes.
Press the RPS as many as your second number.
RPS LED will confirm selected number by number of flashes.
Press the RPS as many as your third number.
RPS LED will confirm selected number by number of flashes.
Press the RPS as many as your fourth number.
RPS LED will confirmed selected number by number of flashes.
Valet mode is activated. Siren stops whoop. If you enter the wrong number, the alarm
continues flashing lights and siren whoop for 1 minute.
