To protect finish on the frame, wrap packing foam (A)
(or equivalent) around frame at approximate shown
locations.
6.
Position forks (B) under frame as shown, and raise
forks to lift frame slightly. Ensure forks do not contact
frame.
7.
To secure frame to forks, wrap chain (C) around end of
forks and attach to forklift.

8.
Remove nut (B).
9.
Remove bolt (A) from frame (C). If necessary to loosen
bolt, adjust height of forklift. Repeat at opposite side.

10. Remove nut (B) and bolt (A) attaching header to
frame (C). If necessary, adjust height of forklift.
11. Slowly back up to remove frame (C) from header.
12. Move frame away from work area, set on ground, and
remove chain securing frame to forks.
CAUTION
Ensure spreader bar is secured to the forks so that it
cannot slide off the forks or towards the mast while
detaching the conditioner from the mower.
