Clean the area around filler cap (A) and remove it by
turning the cap counterclockwise.

Carefully add oil using a funnel to achieve the desired level.
For oil specifications, refer to
IMPORTANT:
Do
NOT
overfill the reservoir with engine oil. Running the
engine with excess oil in the reservoir can result in
equipment damage.
Replace oil filler cap (A) and turn it clockwise until it is snug.

Checking Engine Gearbox Lubricant Level and Adding Lubricant

Ensure that the gearbox lubricant level is correct in order to maximize the service life of its components.
1.
Shut down the engine, and remove the key from the ignition.

If the engine is hot, wait 10 minutes before checking the gearbox lubricant level to allow the lubricant to cool and
settle in the gearbox

Open the hood. Refer to the operator

s manual for instructions.

Locate gearbox oil level check plug (A) under the
windrower.

Remove oil level check plug (A). The lubricant should be
visible through the hole. Some lubricant may leak from the
level check port.
