Ensure the idler roller (A) is between the draper
guides (B).

IMPORTANT:
Do
NOT
adjust nut (C). This nut is used for draper
alignment only.
6.
Turn the adjuster bolt (A) counterclockwise to loosen.
The white indicator bar (B) will move outboard in the
direction of arrow (D) to indicate that the draper is
loosening. Loosen until the white indicator bar is at the
halfway point in the window.
7.
Turn the adjuster bolt (A) clockwise to tighten. The
white indicator bar (B) will move inboard in the direction
of arrow (E) to indicate that the draper is tightening.
Tighten until the white indicator bar is at the halfway
point in the window.
IMPORTANT:
• To avoid premature failure of the draper, draper
rollers,
and/or tightener components,
do not
operate with the tension set so the white bar is
not visible.
• To prevent scooping dirt, ensure the draper is tight
enough that it does not sag below the point where
the cutterbar contacts the ground.
