EXTRUSION SYSTEM

Extruders must be properly maintained to prevent deterioration of the equipment. Clean and replace
the extruders one at a time.

Unload the filament from the extruder via the control interface (see

“

Unloading

material

”

“5.1.3.B”)

Disconnect the upper PTFE tubing by pushing the top collar (18) down and pulling the

tube up and out (19) at the same time.

Loosen the screws (E1) that attach the extruder to the frame.

Remove the extruder (1) from the frame. Remove the screws (E1)
