NOZZLE HEIGHT CALIBRATION
This procedure must be performed every time a nozzle is replaced.
1.
Power on the machine.
2.
Mount and load the toolhead you wish to calibrate.
3.
On the w
eb interface, click “Nozzle height calibration MF/HF”
. The procedure is described here:

4.
You will need to use the calibration gauge tool (supplied). Connect this tool to the
corresponding port on the side of the machine.
5.
Place the gauge in the center of the build plate.
6.
Initiate leveling via the Web interface. The leveling process is automatic. The toolhead will
position itself at mid-height inside the build chamber.
7.
When leveling process is complete, disconnect the calibration gauge from the port.
8.
Remove the calibration gauge from the build plate. The toolhead is now calibrated .

XY OFFSET CALIBRATION
–
MULTI-MATERIAL TOOLHEADS
Objective: To manually compensate absolute/relative positions of the nozzles on the toolhead with
multiple outlets.
Tool: X-Y Tool Offset module
Use this tool to specify XY offset values for the different nozzles. In this manner, multiple materials
can be stacked and used in a controlled and precise manner.
