15.1 THE AUTOMATIC POST-DRYING PROCESS
15.2 ERROR MESSAGES
15.2.1 Check UVC
As soon as the machine is ready for operation, the wet flatware
can be inserted through the square opening at the machine cover.
The message „POLISHING PROCESS“ only appears for a short
time and changes back to „READY FOR OPERATION“.
If the cover of the flatware polishing machine is opened during
operation, then the vibration motor and the UVC lamp switch
off for safety reasons. The radiation of this UVC lamp would be
too dangerous for eyes and skin.
As soon as you open the cover, the message „COVER OPEN“
appears for a short time.
Note:
Always insert a handful at once and the next handful only after the flatware
disappeared in thegranulate.
A restart can only be performed after closing the cover and actuation of the START/STOP button [(1)]. When
closing the cover, a message with information about the model name, website and software version appears for a
short time. The command „PRESS START“ appears now. If the button is actuated, then the message „HEAT UP“
appears. If the device has already been heated up, then the message „READY FOR OPERATION“ appears immedi-
ately after and the vibration motor and the UVC lamp switch on again

It is
mandatory
to let the machine run for a while to let the polishing granulate dry completely.
The post drying time starts for 18 minutes as soon as no flatware is
inserted into the machine for 2 minutes. The second line displays the
remaining time, e.g. here: 17 minutes and 47 seconds. The machine
switches off automatically after those 18 minutes. You only need to
press the main switch [green] ON/OFF to completely switch the
machine off and disconnect it from electricity. The polishing process
restarts if flatware is inserted during the post drying phase.
This error message appears, for example, directly after the
system test or during operation if the UVC lamp is either
contaminated or defective
